Infinity Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab within our therapy team at Avamere Health Services of Rogue Valleylocated in Medford, OR.

Responsibilities

• Excel in bringing a visionary approach for a continuum of care to post-acute rehab, driving clinical excellence
• Optimize data driven therapy and outcomes through various metrics and standard of care
• Provide direct therapy services to adults with a variety of medical conditions includingorthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary

Qualifications

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in physical/occupational therapy or Master's degree in speech-language pathology
• Current state licensure or certification as a PT/OT/SLP
• Associate in PTA / OTA

Preferred Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a leadership/management role.
