Residential Programming in our Developmental Services Division at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeking *compassionate, dependable, and motivated* individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings.

What You'll Do: As a Residential Behavior Interventionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a structured, therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive. This site has opportunity for daytime and overnight shifts, and we want to note that overnight shifts are asleep positions.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and a strong, calm presence
• A commitment to therapeutic engagement and meaningful connection
• The ability to foster consistency and structure in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions is ideal
• Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred

No ASL experience? No problem. We're willing to train the right candidate in American Sign Language (ASL) to support effective communication and inclusion.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
