  • Supplier Performance Management - Utilising your skills to manage, coach and improve our supply base to deliver the best experience for our customers.
  • Managing and developing relationships with our 3PL partners, ensuring service levels, inventory accuracy, operational compliance, and cost efficiency. Using performance metrics to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain network.
  • Be a key change-maker in the team, owning, analysing and delivering key projects for the wider business.
  • Managing our distribution and Supply networks where relevant, ensuring compliance to our service contracts and challenging the status quo.
  • Seasonal Planning and Execution.
  • Owning your area with added commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify trends for our key trading periods and executing them in store with great availability.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or any related/analytical discipline, or relevant professional experience.
