π What You'll Bring
- βοΈ Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- βοΈ 2β3 years of experience in Human Services, Healthcare, Senior Living, or Social Services
- βοΈ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- βοΈ A compassionate, resident-first approach with a passion for serving older adults
β€οΈ What You'll Do
As our Residential Living Social Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping residents navigate life's transitions while promoting independence, wellness, and quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include
- π‘ Coordinating admissions and welcoming new Residential Living residents
- π€ Serving as an advocate and trusted resource for residents and their families
- π Assisting residents with transitions, discharges, and moves throughout the community
- π©Ί Collaborating with our Wellness Team, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing, Marketing, and Life Enrichment departments
- π Helping resolve resident concerns while promoting independence and resident satisfaction
- π Planning wellness programs, educational opportunities, support groups, and resident events
- π Communicating with outside providers and coordinating services to meet resident needs
- π Monitoring resident well-being, documenting incidents, and ensuring compliance with community policies
- β¨ Supporting a warm, engaging, and person-centered environment where residents feel valued every day
