Dean’s Professional Services is looking for a Healthcare Staffing Coordinator who is energized by people, motivated by results, and driven to deliver exceptional service to healthcare professionals and the clients who rely on them.

This is a relationship-based, high-impact role where you’ll connect great talent with meaningful work while building long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You won’t just “fill jobs.” You’ll be the connection point between healthcare professionals and the facilities that need them most.
• ✔ Recruit and place healthcare professionals in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles
• ✔ Build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and healthcare clients
• ✔ Match the right personality and skills to the right environment
• ✔ Guide candidates through onboarding and credentialing steps
• ✔ Keep documentation accurate and ensure compliance standards are met
• ✔ Stay in touch with employees and clients to ensure smooth assignments
• ✔ Solve problems quickly and proactively when challenges arise

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
• 2+ years of staffing and recruiting experience.
• Healthcare staffing experience is a plus!
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically, act intuitively, and provide creative solutions.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
• High-speed internet for remote work capabilities.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
