Community Support Coach- CHOICE Crystal Lake

Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Hours: Part-Time

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am-1:00pm (9 hours)
• Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to assist in the development and implementation of programming that promotes client independence and acquisition of functional skills.
• Assist one individual served in community outings.
• Assist in developing appropriate curriculum for implementing client program objectives and employment opportunities.
• Hands on assistance to clients with activities of daily living which may include feeding and toileting.
• Provide assistance to one individual who attends the day program

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age
