Santa Barbara Auto Group, representing seven premium automotive brands, is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Valet / Porter / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely park, retrieve, and transport customer and dealership vehicles.
• Assist the Service Department with vehicle flow and daily operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, restaurant, or automotive experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work outdoors and be comfortable walking and standing throughout the day.
