The CEO and Senior Official I will be the primary contact designated by CBOB in respect of the Bank's regulated activities.
Responsibilities

Own the Bank's day-to-day management, translating Board-approved strategy and business objectives into operational execution across all regulated activities.

Act as the primary CBOB contact, managing the Bank's regulatory relationships and making sure prudential, reporting, and physical presence obligations are met at all times.

Keep the Board informed, delivering regular financial and management reporting, and escalating material risks, operational issues, and regulatory matters promptly.

Oversee all product lines - deposit-taking, payments, foreign exchange, card issuing, correspondent banking, and lending - making sure operations stay within Board-set parameters.

Manage intra-group outsourcing arrangements with Capital.com Group entities, making sure they remain consistent with the CBOB Outsourcing Guidelines and do not impair regulatory supervision.

Build and maintain relationships with CBOB and other relevant regulatory bodies in The Bahamas.

Lead and develop the Bank's senior leadership team, building organisational capability aligned to the Bank's growth ambitions.

Represent the Bank with key external stakeholders including correspondent banks, payment networks, and industry bodies.
Requirements

- Proven executive leadership experience in a regulated banking or financial services environment - ideally including a period as a licensed CEO, MD, or Country Head.
- -
- Prior experience with a CBOB-licensed entity or familiarity with CBOB's regulatory approach in comparable jurisdictions will be an advantage.

- Strong working knowledge of The Bahamas regulatory framework, including CBOB licensing requirements, prudential standards, and the Banks and Trust Companies Regulation Act.

- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with a central bank or equivalent prudential regulator, including direct engagement on supervisory matters.

- Practical understanding of banking operations across deposit-taking, payments, FX, and card products.

- Experience overseeing outsourcing or intra-group service arrangements in a regulated context, including governance documentation and third-party oversight.

- Existing relationships within the Bahamian financial services community.

- Exposure to intra-group governance in a multi-entity financial services group, particularly cross-border outsourcing frameworks.

- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret management accounts, capital adequacy reports, and regulatory returns.
