Field Service Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform fire alarm testing and maintenance. Complete accurate service reports, test documentation, and deficiency notes. Communicate professionally with building representatives, installers, and internal staff. Escalate issues promptly and take ownership of assignments. Education & Experience Valid Driver's License. 3+ years of experience in Fire Alarm Testing & Maintenance. S78 Certification (NYC only). Must have worked at a Commercial Fire Alarm company within the last 3 years. Willingness to work overtime and evening shifts (4PM–12AM).
