About The Role

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Nairobi Time) Type: Full-time

Main Focus

  • Outbound telesales: high daily call volume, cold calling, appointment setting.
  • Lead generation: qualify prospects, schedule quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • CRM management: update records, track pipeline, ensure smooth handoff.
  • Objection handling: build rapport, create urgency, position value effectively.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales/telesales (SDR/BDR, call center, cold calling).
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io).
  • Advanced English (spoken & written).
  • Strong communication, persistence, adaptability, and KPI-driven mindset.
