Sales Development Representative (SDR)
๐ Location: Kenya - on site ๐ Schedule: Monday to Friday
๐ About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial mindset. This is a great opportunity for candidates with sales experience who want to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working with international markets.
๐ง Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients (leads) via phone, email, and other channels
- Qualify sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of our products/services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Meet monthly targets for outreach and opportunity generation
โ Requirements
- Advanced English level (excellent verbal and written communication โ will be assessed)
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and sales-driven mindset
- Experience in B2B sales, SDR roles, or similar positions
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Previous sales experience (service sales)
