We are a school transition program for students on the autism spectrum.

Our staff

• Work with higher behavior students living with autism
• Provide various levels of personal care
• Are scheduled day shift, 7:45-4:15 - no nights or weekends

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to operate a computer and the software necessary to complete the required job tasks
• Valid driver’s license/ability to transport students via school vehicle (must have 3 or less moving violations in the last three years and no DWI/DUI convictions within the past 5 years).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 year degree or a minimum of 60 college credits OR successful completion of the ParaPro exam.
• We partner with staff to meet Highly Qualified requirements.
• Knowledge and experience working with students on the autism spectrum and low incidence disabilities.
• One year previous experience in a middle school, high school setting or transition setting.
• Knowledge and experience working with Google Apps
