About The Role
As a Telesales Executive (Tele Marketer)  with Mudah Certified, you will play a key role in our mission to become Malaysia’s largest digital dealer. You will connect with car buyers and sellers via phone, WhatsApp,to build trust, recommend the right cars, and close transactions fully online. This role demands strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales without face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement & Conversion
- Handle inbound leads from Mudah.my, Leadbot, and campaigns with  immediate and consistent follow-up .
- Execute outbound calls to warm leads, presenting cars, financing options, and Mudah Certified benefits persuasively.
- Understand customer needs (budget, preferred model, financing readiness, trade-in options) and provide tailored recommendations.
 
- Customer Experience & Trust-Building
- Build rapport through  consultative, customer-first selling .
Clearly explain the value of buying with Mudah Certified (trusted dealers, warranty, transparent inspections).
- Handle objections confidently and guide customers through the complete digital purchase journey.
 
- Process & Coordination
- Schedule inspections, test drives, and dealer appointments via WhatsApp.
Coordinate with Certified Dealers, inspection teams, and financing partners to ensure smooth process flow.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, calls, and outcomes accordingly.
- Compliance & Professionalism
- Follow Mudah’s telesales compliance standards and  protect customer privacy  at all times.
Ensure  full transparency  in car details, pricing, and financing terms.
- Escalate issues such as dealer misrepresentation, delayed collections, or buyer disputes.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in telesales, automotive, or field sales with a proven sales record.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills over phone/WhatsApp.
- Familiar with car market trends, pricing, and buyer psychology.
Tech-savvy with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Results-driven, resilient, and able to thrive in a  high-volume, target-driven environment .
- able to work from office at least 3 times a week (hybrid arrangement )
- able to work on rotational shift (off days can be on weekdays)
- normal working hours 9am - 6pm
- open to work on a 12 month contract
- can be flexible in shifting and doing multiple projects
