Summary Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence by leading service operations, workshop and field services with a skilled and engaged team. Ensure safe, high-quality and efficient execution of service jobs while continuously improving processes, developing people and supporting business growth at local level. Your Responsibilities Service Operations & Workshop Management Lead and manage all service operations, including workshop and field service activities Ensure timely, high-quality execution of service jobs in line with customer and company standards Act as the main operational reference for service execution towards customers and internal stakeholders Plan and coordinate service activities, resources, tools, equipment and subcontractors, ensuring short- and long-term availability Managing fluctuating workload and tight timelines Maintaining high standards of quality, productivity and safety Coordinating complex service activities in workshop and field environments Working under pressure with multiple stakeholders and priorities People Management & Capability Development Lead, coordinate and motivate the service, workshop and field service teams Ensure adequate competences and skill levels through structured training and development plans Promote performance, accountability and retention of key talents while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration Health, Safety, Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements within service operations. Promote a strong safety culture, apply company standards and procedures, support audits and risk assessments, and ensure all service activities are executed safely, responsibly and in line with continuous improvement principles. Process, Performance & Continuous Improvement Define, implement and continuously improve service and workshop processes Ensure consistent application of work instructions, procedures and IT tools Monitor service performance, quality and productivity, supporting reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives Assets, Infrastructure & Investments Ensure availability, maintenance and compliance of workshop and field service machinery, equipment and tools Support investment planning aligned with operational needs, safety and company standards Customer & Business Interface Cooperate closely with Sales and Technical functions to support customers, service execution and long-term service agreements Provide technical and operational input for customer interactions, issue resolution and maintenance planning Your Background Technical education (Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred) 3–5 years of experience in service operations, workshop and/or field service management People management experience in an industrial or technical service environment Sound understanding of Health & Safety and Quality principles Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure English: working proficiency Your benefits: Attractive compensation & benefits Employee Assistance Program Global parental leave program Flexible working models We look forward to receiving your application.
