About the Role

  • We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team .
  • This is not a “monitor the team” role.

You will

What You’ll Own

  1. Team Leadership & Performance
  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives
  • Set clear:

  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions

  1. Sales Process & Strategy
  • Optimize the full funnel:
  • Lead → Opportunity → Close

  • Improve pipeline conversion at every stage
  1. Pipeline Management & Forecasting
  • Monitor pipeline health and coverage
  • Analyze deal flow and conversion rates
  • Deliver accurate forecasts using:

  • Build action plans to hit revenue targets
  1. Hiring & Onboarding
  • Support hiring and evaluation of new sales reps
  • Own onboarding and ramp-up process

  • Provide feedback loops to improve pipeline generation
