Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Roll Form Operator to join our Rockhampton manufacturing team.

About the Role

• Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating roll forming machinery to manufacture steel roofing and building products to customer specifications.
• This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate roll forming machinery
• Manufacture products to customer specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret production schedules and work orders
• Conduct quality checks and measurements throughout production
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance
• Assist with material handling and movement of finished products
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Work closely with production and dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines

About You

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with roll forming or sheet metal processing highly regarded
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
