About The Role
- Identify opportunities and close deals with new potential and existing clients by analysing the market dynamics.
- Build, prioritize, and manage your own pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts via phone, online or personal meetings, and coordinate complex decision-making processes to overcome objections capturing new business opportunities.
- Introduce the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions, POS, Digital Solutions & Shiji Payments.
- 5+ years experience in software POS within the hospitality or F&B IT industry.
- Negotiation ninja with ability to multi-task and outstanding communication skills.
- Results-oriented, autonomous, and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment and strong presentation skills.
- Deep hotel & hospitality industry knowledge and very good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
