About The Role

  • VIDEO EDITOR (META ADS | DTC E-COMMERCE | PERFORMANCE CREATIVE)
  • $1,500–$3,000/month
  • Full-time | 100% Remote
  • Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Dubai Time (GST), including a 1-hour break

IMPORTANT

  • This role is only for candidates with hands-on experience editing Meta ads for DTC e-commerce brands.
  • If your background is in general video editing, organic content, podcasts, weddings, YouTube, brand videos, or non-DTC content, this role will not be a match.
  • A PORTFOLIO WITH RELEVANT META-FOCUSED DTC AD CREATIVES IS REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a fast-growing DTC e‑commerce brand specializing in men’s hair growth and grooming products. The company develops science-backed solutions — from multi-step hair growth systems to scalp treatments and beard‑growth formulas — designed to deliver visible, measurable results.

The brand scales through performance marketing, with Meta Ads as its primary growth engine. Creative is the core revenue driver: the team tests rapidly, iterates aggressively, and scales winning concepts across multiple markets.

You’ll be joining a high‑velocity, data‑driven environment where short-form video, hooks, and performance storytelling directly impact daily revenue. Clear processes, fast feedback loops, and a strong creative culture make this an ideal place for editors who thrive in DTC and paid social.

About the Role

We’re looking for a performance-driven Video Editor who understands how to create ad creatives that convert.

This is not a general editing role. We need someone who has already worked on direct-response Meta ads for DTC e-commerce brands and knows how to build creatives around performance, hooks, retention, pacing, and conversion.

You should be comfortable editing

Meta video ads

VSLs (Video Sales Letters)

  • UGC-style paid creatives
  • direct-response videos designed to drive purchases

What You’ll Do

  • Edit high-converting video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Create compelling VSL-style ad creatives
  • Produce UGC-style performance ads for paid acquisition
  • Turn briefs, raw assets, and winning angles into conversion-focused creatives
  • Follow established SOPs and creative workflows
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams
  • Support ongoing testing by iterating on hooks, structures, and winning concepts
  • Help scale top-performing creatives through fast, high-quality execution

Must-Have Requirements

To be considered, you must have

  • Proven experience editing DTC e-commerce ads
  • Hands-on experience creating Meta-focused paid social creatives
  • A portfolio that clearly shows performance-style ad work
  • Strong understanding of:
  • direct-response editing
  • hook creation and hook psychology
  • VSL structure
  • UGC pacing and retention techniques
  • ad creative built for conversion, not just aesthetics
  • Ability to work full-time in a structured, high-output environment
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or consumer product space
  • Familiarity with creative workflows and project tools such as ClickUp
  • Experience working in teams that test and iterate creatives at speed

Compensation

  • $1,500–$3,000/month, depending on experience and skill level
  • Higher compensation levels come with higher performance expectations during onboarding
  • Paid twice monthly via Payoneer
  • Paid access to premium tools such as Storyblocks, Runway, ElevenLabs, and others
  • PTO available upon request based on business needs
