About The Role
Ready to bring big ideas to life? 
As our Design & Production Lead, you’ll sit at the heart of JAG’s marketing team, owning the design of high-quality creative across multiple brands and channels. From large-scale campaigns to everyday design projects, you’ll bring precision and creativity to ensure every asset is on-brand, engaging and executed flawlessly. 
You’ll also take the lead on production management; coordinating suppliers, managing timelines, and continuously improving how we deliver creative work at scale. If you are someone who enjoys a fast pace, hands-on design and optimising how things get done- this is for you! 
What you’ll be doing  
- Design high-quality creative across paid media, web, social, video and print 
- Deliver and roll out complex campaign concepts across multiple brands 
- Transform briefs into polished, production-ready assets that hit the mark 
- Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints 
- Lead production workflows from concept through to final delivery 
- Manage external designers, printers and production partners 
- Improve systems, templates, workflows and digital asset management 
- Maintain design libraries, templates and file governance standards 
Who are we looking for? 
You’re a creative thinker with a production mindset. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work every time. 
You’ll bring: 
- 3–5 years’ experience in a design role within a complex or multi-brand environment 
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Canva 
- Strong attention to detail across design, proofreading and file accuracy 
- Experience managing production workflows and external suppliers 
- Agency experience well-regarded but not essential 
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines 
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a growth mindset 
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability 
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital design trends and platform requirements
