Architectural and Electrical Estimator

📝 About the Role

We are looking for an Estimator who can accurately perform takeoffs and costing for projects involving electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of lighting fixtures, lighting controls, and can efficiently translate drawings into precise estimates.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

-Perform takeoffs and cost estimates using Planswift or Bluebeam

-Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans

-Identify and quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents

-Prepare detailed and accurate reports using Microsoft Excel

-Collaborate with the project team to verify and refine estimates

Requirements

• 🎯 Qualifications
• -Proficiency with Planswift or Bluebeam (must-have)
• -Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• -Background in architectural and electrical projects
• -Experience in electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans
• -Knowledge of lighting fixtures and controls for takeoffs
• -Strong attention to detail, with excellent spoken and written English
• -Prior costing/estimating experience is a plus
