About The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in B2B campaigns and lead generation . This role will focus on building and executing targeted email campaigns that nurture prospects, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proven track record of turning email marketing into measurable revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B email marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Build segmented mailing lists and personalize campaigns to maximize engagement.
- Create compelling copy and design layouts that align with brand voice and goals.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and nurturing .
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo, Apollo, Smartlead, Linkedin messaging).
- Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, landing pages, and gated content.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B email marketing and lead generation .
- Strong knowledge of email automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital lead gen strategies is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries.
- Knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing workflows.
- Ability to integrate email campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.
