Bookkeeper - (QuickBooks & Rent Manager exp)

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in property management accounting and hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks and Rent Manager .
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for property portfolios.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) .
- Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments using Rent Manager .
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations .
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular data entry.
- Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and rent roll .
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping , preferably in property management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) .
- Experience using Rent Manager software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
