Global Director of Continuous Improvement

As the Global Director of Continuous Improvement, you’ll be the senior strategic leader driving operational excellence, transformation, and sustainable performance improvement across the enterprise. You’ll own the development, deployment, and governance of TERREPOWER’s global continuous improvement (CI) strategy — aligning it with business objectives and building a culture of innovation, accountability, and measurable results. It’s a high-impact role for a visionary change agent with deep Lean and Six Sigma expertise who can influence at every level and deliver real impact across diverse regions and functions. Travel: Up to 50% (global and multi-site).
