About Us

  • including website design, Google Ads management, social media marketing, print design,
  • branding, and more. The team operates remotely and works collaboratively to deliver
  • responsive, high-quality service to our clients.
  • We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our
  • client’s growing team with recurring operational and marketing admin tasks.

Position Overview

  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work, learns new systems
  • quickly, and takes pride in organization and accuracy. While some tasks involve marketing
  • platforms and creative assets, prior marketing experience is not required — we will provide
  • training on all workflows and systems.
  • This is a part-time role starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to grow into a
  • full-time position over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Google Ads Administrative Support (must have)
  • ● Review Google Ads search terms reports
  • ● Identify irrelevant or low-quality search queries
  • ● Add negative keywords based on provided guidelines
  • ● Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple client accounts

Document & Flyer Management

  • ● Update fillable PDF versions of marketing flyers
  • ● Upload updated documents to various platforms and systems
  • ● Replace outdated files in websites, CRMs, and archives
  • ● Maintain tracking spreadsheets and organized file structures

General Administrative Support

  • ● Follow documented processes and SOPs
  • ● Assist with repetitive but important operational tasks
  • ● Communicate progress and timelines clearly with the team
  • ● Help maintain smooth internal workflows and fast client turnaround times

Requirements

  • ● Administrative or virtual assistant experience
  • ● Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
  • ● Must be proficient using Google Ads.
  • ● Strong attention to detail
  • ● Excellent organizational skills
  • ● Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
  • ● Reliable communication and responsiveness
  • ● Ability to manage recurring tasks independently
  • ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • ● Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • ● Experience with Google Ads platforms
  • ● Experience working with remote teams
  • ● Experience using CRMs or project management systems
