Key Responsibilities

  • ● Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls throughout the day
  • ● Conduct outbound follow-up calls and customer callbacks as needed
  • ● Enter customer information and updates accurately into internal systems
  • ● Document customer conversations and maintain detailed notes
  • ● Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
  • ● Assist customers with order-related requests and product changes where appropriate
  • ● Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency
  • ● Redirect conversations naturally and keep interactions focused on customer needs

Required Qualifications

  • ● Previous customer service experience
  • ● Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • ● Clear, professional speaking ability with excellent phone etiquette
  • ● Comfortable handling customer complaints and difficult conversations
  • ● Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • ● Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information
  • ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ● Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience working within an ERP system or similar customer management software

● Experience in industries related to

  • ○ Similar product-based environments
