Key Responsibilities
- ● Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls throughout the day
- ● Conduct outbound follow-up calls and customer callbacks as needed
- ● Enter customer information and updates accurately into internal systems
- ● Document customer conversations and maintain detailed notes
- ● Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
- ● Assist customers with order-related requests and product changes where appropriate
- ● Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiency
- ● Redirect conversations naturally and keep interactions focused on customer needs
Required Qualifications
- ● Previous customer service experience
- ● Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- ● Clear, professional speaking ability with excellent phone etiquette
- ● Comfortable handling customer complaints and difficult conversations
- ● Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- ● Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information

- ● Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment

● Experience working within an ERP system or similar customer management software
