About The Role
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads,
- and Linkedin Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social.
- Conversion Tracking Setup: Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM,
- Meta CAPI, and platform‑specific tools.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall
- efficiency.
- Reporting & Insights: Build clear, actionable reports that translate data into strategic
- recommendations.
- A/B Testing: Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive
- continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign
- strategy with business goals.
Experience
- Google Ads Expertise: 2+ years managing Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, and/or
- YouTube campaigns.
- Meta Ads Expertise: Experience running campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Analytics & Tracking: Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI implementation.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Comfortable diagnosing pixel issues, attribution discrepancies,
- and tracking errors
Preferred Qualifications
- Server‑Side Tracking experience (Cloudflare, GTM Server‑Side, or similar).
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
