About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads,
  • and Linkedin Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social.
  • Conversion Tracking Setup: Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM,
  • Meta CAPI, and platform‑specific tools.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall
  • efficiency.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build clear, actionable reports that translate data into strategic
  • recommendations.
  • A/B Testing: Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive
  • continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign
  • strategy with business goals.

Experience

  • Google Ads Expertise: 2+ years managing Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, and/or
  • YouTube campaigns.
  • Meta Ads Expertise: Experience running campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI implementation.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Comfortable diagnosing pixel issues, attribution discrepancies,
  • and tracking errors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Server‑Side Tracking experience (Cloudflare, GTM Server‑Side, or similar).
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
