About The Role
Requirements
- ● Previous experience in an Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative
- Assistant, or Operations Coordinator role
- ● Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- ● Experience using SharePoint
- ● Experience using Gusto or similar HR/payroll platforms
- ● Excellent written English communication skills
- ● Strong organizational and time management abilities
- ● High attention to detail
- ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ● Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- ● Professional, polite, and service-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
- ● Experience supporting startup founders or leadership teams
- ● Exposure to hiring, onboarding, and people operations
- ● Experience creating or improving operational processes
- ● Familiarity with remote-first work environments

Position Details
