Technical Lead Agentic AI - Senior System Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in AI/ML to design and lead development of Agentic AI solutions (autonomous AI agents). The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI systems, guiding the team, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop
• Agentic AI solutions / AI agents
• Lead and mentor AI/ML engineering team
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and use cases
• Build and integrate
• LLM-based applications
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
• Define architecture and best practices for AI development
• Review code and guide team on implementation

Required Skills

• Strong experience in
• AI/ML and LLM-based applications
• Good knowledge of
• Python, APIs, and system design

Experience with

• LLMs (e.g., GPT), prompt engineering
• Familiarity with frameworks like
• LangChain, AutoGen, etc.

Experience in

• cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with

• MLOps / model deployment
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
