Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the
• implementation, support, and enhancement
• of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements, conduct
• fit-gap analysis
• , and design system solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to streamline HR processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation for business users.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience
• in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation & Support) in a Functional Consultant role

Expertise in

Payroll and OTL

• modules
• Excellent Fast Formula skills in Payroll and ideally OTL as well
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM
• data model, security, workflows, and personalization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Mandatory

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and teams.

• Experience of working directly with the customer business users/IT teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
