9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Philippines Time) .

Lead end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles including Customer Service Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives, and Appointment SettersSource high-quality candidates from the Philippines using platforms such as Bossjob, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other hiring channelsEnsure hiring of candidates who can effectively contribute to sales performance and appointment conversionsScreen, interview, and assess candidates based on communication skills, sales aptitude, and role fitBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needsCoordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes efficientlyWork closely with the HR Manager to improve hiring strategies and meet team expansion targetsSupport day-to-day operational and coordination tasks within the companyAssist in maintaining recruitment trackers, reports, and basic HR documentationHelp ensure smooth communication and workflow between hiring and operations teamsTake ownership of assigned administrative and operational responsibilities to support overall business functions
