Are you a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships? We're looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, email, SMS, and other communication channels.
• Introduce our products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and identifying customer needs.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to increase appointment conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with prospects over the phone.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
