Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Sales - Delhi to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and project outcomes to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role in the Field Sales Team department
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
