Works alongside the Senior Kinaxis Consultant covering system configuration, integration support, testing, and day-to-day operations. Designed for a motivated professional with solid implementation experience ready to take on broader responsibilities • Support end-to-end Kinaxis implementations — requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live. • Build and maintain workbooks, dashboards, alerts, and data views. • Assist in developing and maintaining data integration pipelines between Kinaxis and external systems (ERP, EDW). • Monitor data loads and integration jobs; investigate and resolve data quality issues. • Provide second-line technical support for Kinaxis issues raised by business users. • Execute testing (unit, integration, UAT); document results and resolve defects. • 5+ years hands-on Kinaxis Maestro; at least one full end-to-end implementation. • BS/MS/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field. • Practical experience building workbooks, dashboards, alerts, or data views. • Working knowledge of data integration concepts and Kinaxis data feeds. • Familiarity with SQL for troubleshooting and validation. • Understanding of core supply chain planning concepts (demand, supply, inventory). • Familiarity with ITIL concepts or service management practices (incident, change, problem). • Kinaxis certification a plus; ERP exposure (SAP, QAD, IFS) and ETL experience welcome.
