Role Summary & Key Objectives

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager (Web/Mobile)

with 8–12 years of IT project management experience, specifically in delivering web and mobile application projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of project delivery, from scoping and planning to execution and closure, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, design, development, QA, and operations teams, driving alignment and ensuring successful product delivery.

Key Objectives

  • Ensure successful delivery of web and mobile projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices for iterative and collaborative delivery.
  • Ensure effective resource utilization, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple web and mobile application projects.
  • Define project scope, user stories with acceptance criteria with client approval, wireframes with client approval, success criteria, and detailed execution plans.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies proactively. Ensure that any changes request to be documented.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and track progress using tools like JIRA/Trello.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, product managers, UX, development, QA) to ensure alignment and timely feedback.
  • Ensure quality standards, compliance, and best practices are followed across projects.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and communicate progress/issues effectively to senior management and clients.

  • Proven track record of managing
