Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Inbound & Outbound Email Marketer who can manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns focused on customer engagement, lead nurturing, retention, and automation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating email journeys, campaign optimization, segmentation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and own email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences
• Create automated customer journeys and lifecycle workflows
• Manage audience segmentation and personalization strategies
• Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Optimize open rates, CTRs, conversions, and overall email engagement
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, and CTAs
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
• Ensure proper email deliverability and database hygiene
• Work on lead nurturing and retention-focused communication strategies
• Create reports and management dashboards
