2. QA Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement
• overall QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards
• .
• Lead QA team in executing
• functional, regression, performance, and security testing
• .

1. Project Planning & Delivery Management

• Create and manage
• project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• .
• Ensure projects are delivered
• on time, within scope, and with high quality
• .

1. Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and manage
• QA engineers and cross-functional teams
• .
• Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure team productivity.

1. Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a
• primary point of contact
• for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular
• status updates, risk assessments, and delivery reports
• .

1. Risk & Issue Management

Identify

• project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• .
• Proactively mitigate risks and resolve escalations.

1. Defect & Release Management

Oversee

• defect lifecycle management
• and ensure timely resolution.

Manage

• release cycles and go-live readiness

1. Process Improvement & Governance

Implement

• QA best practices, Agile processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

• SDLC, STLC, and project governance frameworks

• Strong experience in
• Manual Testing and QA processes (SDLC/STLC)
• Good exposure to
• Automation Testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)

Experience in

Performance Testing concepts and tools

Knowledge of

• Security Testing and basic Penetration Testing
• Hands-on experience with
• test management and bug tracking tools

(JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail)

• Strong understanding of
• API testing (Postman, REST APIs)

Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
