Key Responsibilities: Ensure shutdown planning, CAPEX, Preventive & Predictive planning and Conduct planning of spares and their consumption. Compliance to Statutory regulations, HZL Safety Standards, and DGMS guidelines for Mechanical safety in UG mines. Inspection of the running condition of equipment. O & M cost monitoring and reduction. Through knowledge of VSAP framework and active participation and implementation for score improvement. Advance maintenance planning, innovative idea, and new technology implementation, reduce downtime and increase availability and reliability of plant equipment. Perform submission of monthly reports such as MTTR, MTBF, Breakdown Analysis, OEE report etc. Ensuring 100% Compliance of AO Module and effective implementation of it in department. Desired Attributes; Minimum 10 Years of experience in Mines / Plant / Smelters Qualification: B.E. / <B.Tech> degree in Mechanical Experience: 10+ years
