About The Role

  • Receives the approved audit plan and assigned list of branches and operational activities to be audited across Egypt from the direct manager.
  • Coordinates with concerned stakeholders to support the execution of audit activities and ensure availability of required information and documentation.
  • Prepares audit checklists and supporting documents for assigned branch audits and reviews them with the direct manager.
  • Conducts audit activities and performs audit testing in accordance with approved audit plans, policies, procedures, and internal control guidelines.
  • Measures and reviews processes and operational activities against established standards and audit requirements.
  • Documents audit observations, non-conformities, and operational gaps identified during audit execution.
  • Prepares draft audit findings and reports and discusses observations with relevant stakeholders under the guidance of the direct manager.
  • Supports follow-up on corrective and preventive actions agreed with branches and concerned functions.
  • Tracks closure timelines for audit findings and follows up with stakeholders to ensure completion of agreed actions.
  • Prepares audit reports and maintains audit records and supporting documentation for assigned audits.
  • Records audit observations, findings, and follow-up actions and updates tracking logs accordingly.
  • Supports verification of implemented corrective actions and reports status updates to the direct manager.
  • Escalates unresolved findings, delayed actions, and critical observations to the direct manager.
  • Communicates audit outcomes and supports continuous improvement initiatives across company branches.
  • Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist specializing in process.
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
  • Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of ISO Standards.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
