About The Role

  • CROSSMARK is hiring for a Part-time position
  • that will entail you going to Multiple Retail Stores, and be responsible
  • for quality performance of retail tasks and objectives to achieve superior
  • results for CROSSMARK’S clients and customers. The typical schedule
  • is Monday-Friday, working anytime between the hours of 8am-5pm, with an
  • occasional Saturday. Some overnights between 8pm-8am may be

Retail Stores

MUST LIVE IN EITHER DAPHNE OR SPANISH FORT

Address: (Can cover stores up to a 40 mi radius)

Work Schedule

  • Very flexible, part-time schedule.
  • Must be available to work on

average 21-25 hours a week.

  • Must have some open availability to work anytime

between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

  • ** NOTE : Work hours will vary, and some

weekend work may be required**

  • Must be willing to travel up to a 40-50 radius from

your home.

The associate will be regularly required to

  • Build Displays, Perform Resets
  • Stand for long periods of time, Bend, Stoop, Climb

ladders

  • Lift between 30-50 pounds
  • Use basic hand and power tools
  • Schedules tasks on weekly basis to meet execution

objectives

  • Executes retail merchandising tasks as scheduled
  • Performs stores/tasks in efficient/cost effective manner
  • Accurately reports all completed retail tasks via the

appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed.

  • Communicates effectively with store personnel regarding

tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectives

  • Completes required training and certification programs.
  • Engage every work day with CROSSMARK’S communication

tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work.

  • Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising

materials as assigned.

  • Flexibility to participate in team scheduled tasks and

clients work-withs.

  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and to
  • develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates
  • and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client
  • objectives.
  • Insures proper maintenance on all company equipment.
  • Follows company policies, procedures, and position

responsibilities.

  • This role is not expected to exceed more
  • than 20 hours per week, although the company does maintain the
  • discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the
  • client.

Physical Appearance

  • Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper
  • grooming is in order. The associate must present a neat, clean, and
  • appropriately groomed appearance. Specific Retailer Dress code requirements are
  • included in the training documents. In addition, tattoos must not be visible
  • while the associate is engaged in their work assignments.

  • Proficient use of a Personal Computer and familiarity
  • with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
