About The Role
- CROSSMARK is hiring for a Part-time position
- that will entail you going to Multiple Retail Stores, and be responsible
- for quality performance of retail tasks and objectives to achieve superior
- results for CROSSMARK’S clients and customers. The typical schedule
- is Monday-Friday, working anytime between the hours of 8am-5pm, with an
- occasional Saturday. Some overnights between 8pm-8am may be

MUST LIVE IN EITHER DAPHNE OR SPANISH FORT

Work Schedule
- Very flexible, part-time schedule.
- Must be available to work on
average 21-25 hours a week.
- Must have some open availability to work anytime
between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
- ** NOTE : Work hours will vary, and some
weekend work may be required**
- Must be willing to travel up to a 40-50 radius from
your home.
The associate will be regularly required to
- Build Displays, Perform Resets
- Stand for long periods of time, Bend, Stoop, Climb
ladders
- Lift between 30-50 pounds
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Schedules tasks on weekly basis to meet execution
objectives
- Executes retail merchandising tasks as scheduled
- Performs stores/tasks in efficient/cost effective manner
- Accurately reports all completed retail tasks via the
appropriate designated systems on the day the work is performed.
- Communicates effectively with store personnel regarding
tasks, sales activities, promotions, and client/sales plan objectives
- Completes required training and certification programs.
- Engage every work day with CROSSMARK’S communication
tools for the purpose of accurately planning, reporting, and reviewing work.
- Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising
materials as assigned.
- Flexibility to participate in team scheduled tasks and
clients work-withs.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and to
- develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates
- and other merchandising companies to effectively meet company and client
- objectives.
- Insures proper maintenance on all company equipment.
- Follows company policies, procedures, and position
responsibilities.
- This role is not expected to exceed more
- than 20 hours per week, although the company does maintain the
- discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the
- client.

Physical Appearance
- Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper
- grooming is in order. The associate must present a neat, clean, and
- appropriately groomed appearance. Specific Retailer Dress code requirements are
- included in the training documents. In addition, tattoos must not be visible
- while the associate is engaged in their work assignments.
