About The Role
The chosen individuals will be part of the team that is responsible for the company’s Accounting & Financial reporting requirements. The candidate will have the opportunity to work expand his/her expertise through career planning and development by going through job rotations on various roles within the A&FR section (including payroll management, cash management, fixed assets, accounts payable, government requirements & reporting, general ledger & financial statement analysis).
To be successful in this role, the candidate will be able to work to strict deadlines and enjoy contributing to a fun, professional working environment. Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Timely and efficient monthly closing of the assigned books
- Consistent and accurate month-end reconciliation and reports
- Prepare or complete any assigned government filing requirements (where applicable)
- Consistent interaction with Finance Manager in analyzing transaction movements and in financial and variance analysis
The individual must be
- A fast learner and an efficient multi-tasker
- Able to work effectively in a team setting environment
- Has working knowledge on Microsoft Excel and has strong skills on other basic computer programs and web usage
- Willing to work in Ortigas city (6AM-3PM shift or shifting schedule)
- Earned degree in Management Accounting or Accountancy
- Fresh graduates or
- Certified Public Accountant
Compensation & Benefits
- Above the market Base Pay + PHP 2,500 Transportation allowance + Php 3,000.00 Attendance Bonus + De Minimis benefit + Night Shift Differential
- Bonuses equivalent to up to 1-4 months worth of base pay, tied to productivity.
- Unused vacation leaves can be en-cashed up to a maximum of 10 leaves a year, tax-free.
