As a Physical Therapist, you'll help drive our mission by

Promoting Elara Caring’s values, mission, and dedication to high-quality care

Providing direct patient care, functional assessments, and outcome evaluations

Designing and implementing individualized plans of care

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Leading and guiding support staff

Documenting evaluations, treatment goals, plans, and progress

Delivering expert therapy within professional care standards

Engaging as a leader and resource within the community

Supporting patients in a physically demanding and dynamic environment

Working flexible or irregular hours if needed, including call rotation

🎓 What You’ll Need

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program

Current, unrestricted PT license in the state of practice

Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

Willingness to travel throughout the coverage area

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance per state law

Ability to lift, move, and support 50 lbs (patients & equipment)

Willingness to travel up to 50%

Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or designated leader.
