About The Role
The Customer Satisfaction Analyst is responsible for gathering, sorting, retrieving and organizing information of a sales representative’s performance assigned to them during a given month by analyzing and interpreting data obtained regarding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible in handling customer service e-mails from the website
- Checks order issues from time to time ensuring that satisfactory resolution have been given or will be given by the ISR to his/her customer for pending or current CIF's
- Keep track of current orders, rotation bins of ISR’s, order issues
- Assign orders to sales reps, update order status or details
- Perform duties assigned by their superior from time to time.
- Candidate must have completed at least her 2nd term in college.
- Good English oral and written communication skills
- Keen to details and results-oriented
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications
- Fast worker, web savvy
- Typing speed of at least 35wpm
Compensation & Benefits
- Above the market Base Pay + Php 2,500.00 Transportation allowance + Attendance Bonus
- Bonus tied to productivity + Night Shift Differential
