Marketing & Social Media Strategist

What you will be doing

• Manage client relationships : Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and translating them into effective social media strategies.
• Manage social media accounts : Oversee day-to-day content planning, publishing, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate campaigns : Work closely with internal teams (design, content, brand) to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns.
• Stay on trend : Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
• Support brand storytelling : Help clients build authentic, engaging narratives that resonate with their target audiences.
• Report on impact : Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, engagement metrics, and content performance.

What you will bring

• Experience in  client-facing roles  and  account management , ideally within a digital or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of  organic social media strategy  across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident in presenting ideas and managing expectations.
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for content, tone, and brand voice.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with minimal supervision.
• Passion for social media, storytelling, and helping brands grow their online presence.
