Founding Engineer - Full Stack

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a Founding Engineer — Full Stack to help brands understand how LLMs talk about them and influence decisions. You'll join a founding team building AI-powered brand intelligence at the intersection of AI research, product, and engineering. Your work will shape how customers reason about AI capabilities and how we ship end-to-end features in a fast-paced startup environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own problems end-to-end – from high level customer insight all the way to research and infrastructure
• Keep a close feedback loop with customers and the executive team, and ship fast
• Help shape a new engineering team at the dawn of a new kind of software development
• Regularly reinvent the best patterns and practices for working alongside agents on a team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of experience on engineering teams (2+ preferred)
• Eager to adopt and adapt to new engineering tooling, including AI-powered coding tools
• Experience working with customers directly
• Full-stack capability, comfortable working from customer-facing UI all the way down to infrastructure
• US citizen or visa holder
• Strong sense for product and design with ability to translate customer needs into features
• Comfortable with React, Python, Terraform, and AWS
• At least 18 months in a strong engineering environment (scale-up or startup)
• Experience building agentic systems
• Startup experience or self-driven personal projects demonstrating initiative
• Bonus: Scientific research experience
