About The Role
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to be the first dedicated GTM and B2B Sales hire at an early-stage healthtech startup based in Berlin. There is no playbook yet — you will write it. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building from zero, and want direct ownership over commercial outcomes, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full commercial loop end-to-end: outbound, inbound, and partnerships
- Identify and close deals with employers, insurers, clinics, and corporate wellness buyers
- Structure and execute the go-to-market strategy for B2B channels
- Negotiate pricing, packaging, and contracts directly with founders and executive stakeholders
- Build and manage the B2B pipeline autonomously using modern sales tooling
- Feed real market signal back into product and pricing decisions
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product and operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves
- 2+ years closing complex B2B deals in the €10k–€500k+ range with a proven track record
- Experience in healthtech, corporate benefits, insurance, or premium SaaS strongly preferred
- Native German and fluent English — German proficiency is mandatory, as most prospects are German-speaking
- Eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship (no sponsorship available)
- Comfort operating as a founding seller or first AE in a lean, founder-led environment
- Proficiency with modern sales tech stack: Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Lemlist, Notion, Linear
- Experience building AI-first sales workflows and data-driven selling approaches
- Ability to source and manage pipeline autonomously — no SDR support to rely on
Nice-to-haves
- Background in health-tech, corporate wellness, or insurance sales
- Experience leveraging customer feedback to shape product direction
- Familiarity with AI-driven outbound and automation tools
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary range: €50,000–€60,000 all-in OTE annually
- Full-time employment
- Early-stage equity opportunity (founding team hire)
LOCATION
- Berlin, Germany — fully on-site, Monday to Friday
- In-person presence is non-negotiable
