Role Overview

• We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, AI-driven Senior Visual Designer (1–3 years
• experience) who can create high-quality, conversion-focused design across brand and product
• touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone who moves fast, thinks sharply, and wants to play a
• key role in building and scaling modern digital brands.

What You’ll Work On

• ● Lead design for digital campaigns, social media, emailers, landing pages, and
• marketing assets
• ● Create premium, high-impact visual communication across Volaron’s ecosystem
• ● Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to drive brand storytelling
• and performance-led design
• ● Maintain and evolve visual identity systems across brands
• ● Deliver pixel-perfect, detail-oriented execution with strong design consistency
• ● Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, mockups, and production
• workflows
• ● Contribute to conversion-focused creatives and growth experiments

What We’re Looking For

• ● 1–3 years of experience in visual/graphic design
• ● A keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• ● Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital design work
• ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• ● Working knowledge of Figma and Canva
• ● AI-first mindset with hands-on experience or strong familiarity with tools like ChatGPT,
• Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.
• ● Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment
• ● Strong ownership and ability to execute independently
