About The Role
What you'll own

Paid Search execution: Day-to-day management of Google Ads and Bing Ads globally including: keyword strategy and research, bid management, budget pacing, messaging testing.

ABX audience: Create cohort-specific cross-platforms campaigns to maximize pipeline generation and acceleration.

LLM ad surfaces: Testing and operationalizing emerging PPC channels (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot).

Paid Social execution: Day-to-day management of the global paid media channels.

Internal coordination: Working with paid-channel account teams on audience lists and localized creative, and repurposing analyst content into ad-ready assets including design hand-off.

Attribution & tracking: UTM and CRM campaign ID hygiene end-to-end, conversion/event mapping in coordination with the analytics owner, to manage attribution across platforms.

Landing pages & dashboards: Maintaining & creating landing pages.

Reporting & forecasting: Manage internal stakeholders relationships through periodic reports, accessible dashboards and “push” updates.
Required experience

4+ years hands-on managing large-scale paid campaigns globally — at least $100K/month in managed media spend.

Hands-on experience across both paid search and paid social.

Hands-on experience running ABX / ABM programs — building target account lists, executing account-targeted paid campaigns (especially on LinkedIn), and coordinating with sales/SDR motion on account engagement.

B2B SaaS experience required. Enterprise motion strongly preferred.

Self-directed — you propose the test, you ship it, you report it.
