About The Role

This position will be responsible for the sales effort, achieving revenue plan through acquisition/ farming of named accounts across all industries. They will be responsible to position Client for Business as the preferred long-term learning solutions partner for all their Data/ Tech, Leadership, Soft skills, Behavioral training, Technical and Non -Technical Hiring and their Digital / eLearning needs.

Experience in structuring large deals and successfully negotiating with seniorleaders of an organization (CXOs, CHROs, L&DHeads, L&DManagers and Business Heads).  Preferred: Graduate / Post Graduate with at least 5-8 years of experience in thefollowing categories: a. 1 st preference - Selling learning-training Solutions to large enterprise clients across industries. b. 2 nd preference - Selling HR & OD (Organizational Development); solutioning to large enterprise clients across industries. c. Skills – Sales Process, Solution selling, Concept Sales, Account Management, Cross selling and upselling. d. Skills-Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Proposal writing, Negotiation Skills
