Operational Performance – 25% Maintain WTGs with Reactive Power Ensure WTGs with Transmission Loss Monitor Scheduled Maintenance: % Completion Completion within ±5 days SAP data quality Substation Maintenance: Planned vs Actual execution iDRV level tracking CAPA closure Expected Outcome: Machine Availability > 97% Performance Measure: SCADA Reports, SAP Data 3. Maintenance & Reliability (MTBF) – 15% Monitor Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) Optimize MTBF for all WTG models Expected Outcome: Optimized MTBF Performance Measure: Reduction in MTBF downtime hours 4. Financial Performance – 15% Manage inventory effectively Maintain Turbine to Technician (T2T) ratio Expected Outcome: 100% Budget adherence Performance Measure: Finance Audit Reports 6. System Audits – 10% Perform SPHERE audits Conduct ReQIE audits Execute System Audit / PDCA Conduct Management audits Monitor PDEI: Site audit execution YTD score tracking SHRE audits Expected Outcome: Zero NCR Performance Measure: Audit Reports, Score Sheets 7.
