Finance Systems & Reporting Specialist (all genders)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP.
• Support the preparation of IFRS reporting packages for Group reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure high-quality financial data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare management reports, KPI analyses and financial presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial reports.
• Support external auditors, tax advisors and statutory reporting requirements.
• Act as a key user for SAP FI/CO and support process improvements.
• Participate in finance digitalization and automation projects.
• Work closely with Controlling, Purchasing, Sales and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• working Experience with integrated business systems such as ERP solutions, travel and expense management systems, banking platforms, and reporting tools
• Able to work independently and effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-oriented environment
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations
• High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality, trustfulness and a high standard of work ethics
• Profound knowledge of German tax, accounting standards and regulations
• Good knowledge of business intelligence tools, mainly SAP FI/CO
• University degree or comparable qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting or Controlling.
• Practical experience with SAP FI/CO and finance-related applications such as travel and expense management, treasury, banking, and reporting systems
• Understanding of finance data flows, interfaces, and integrations between accounting, travel management, procurement, HR, and banking systems
• Good understanding of IFRS reporting.
• Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience in an international manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in process improvements or finance digitalization is desirable.
• Sufficient command of spoken and written English and German
